ORX: What drives you and how can you gain a competitive advantage?
CP: Properly, I’d say one of our largest driving forces with regards to racing, is winning. Successful is something pretty difficult to describe. You just can’t obtain anywhere else artificially. It’s a sense that once you get, you simply want more of it. Effort and dedication is what is required to gain that competitive advantage. It is all about setting targets, putting your head down, plus doing whatever it takes to achieve all of them. Another huge part of achievement is the people around you. CP: Besides racing, We are pretty much a junkie regarding anything that gives you an adrenaline rush. During the week, you find me out on our mountain bike after function. I do have a habit of having hooked on every cool action ever. You can also find me snow skiing in the mountains with my father, rock-climbing with my good friends, wake-surfing on the weekends on the river, chasing powder upon my snowmobile, or out there off-roading with the family, only to name a few of my interests.
ORX: What are your long-term future targets?
CP: Our future goals are just to keep working towards the top of off-road and find out where that takes me personally. I would really love to be able to competition a Pro 4 one day, as well as an unlimited truck. CP: Definitely the water. While the beach is awesome and all, the river is how all my friends and family hang, to ensure that is what puts the lake on top.
