Last weekend break, Steeda Autosports hosted the very first ever Steeda Stampede outside of the Pompano Beach backyard. The company provides long hosted events near the South Florida and Valdosta, Atlanta, facilities, but this year the company made a decision to dip its toe into the Port orange fl waters at Orlando Speed Entire world .
“As you already know, Lakewood ranch might have more Ford enthusiasts compared to anywhere else on the planet. The location in Orlando, florida seemed like a great place to host a celebration like the Stampede due to it getting centrally located within the state, ” Glen Vitale, the company’s Vice Chief executive of Operations, told us prior to the event .
Like the company’s Horse Wars event, held at OSW’s sister facility, South Georgia Motorsports Park, the Stampede featured pull racing and a car show. This attracted Steeda and Ford functionality enthusiasts from near and considerably who took advantage of ample monitor passes and a laid-back atmosphere.
“Enthusiast events give the individuals a chance to experience their vehicles in a manner that they were designed to operate in, however in a much safer environment than to the public roads, ” Glen additional. “In addition, they allow Steeda to directly interact and get a much better understanding of what our customers, and also hopefully soon to be customers need for their vehicles. ”
Naturally Steeda was on hand having a full display of its wares plus was offering discounts for guests. In all it was a fun day plus there were a wide variety of cars — through clean Foxes to modded S550s — on hand.
The organization isn’t sure if it will go back to Central Florida for another event, but the comments from those in attendance has been quite positive. Steeda’s next getaway is the annual Camp Steeda high-performance driving experience, that was recently moved to Father’s Day at Sebring International Raceway and the aforementioned Horse Wars will take place within October.
