The Pontiac GTO is another among those classic muscle car designs which usually never seems to grow old. In every design from 1964 to 1974, (the GTO was originally an option within the Pontiac Tempest) the worth plus collectability has steadily risen. This particular example is a second-generation GTO A-body and like the ’ 68 plus ’ 69 models, a classic muscle tissue car design.
That one is numbers matching, but sadly doesn’ t sport the top finish 455 HO engine or getting the Judge model (although it can have some judge badges). It does evidently, ‘ Runs and drives solid, ’ has a bunch of new components, solid bodywork and more or much less intact interior. The exterior looks as if it’ s been through a meteor shower, but actually looks a lot more like primer spray spots as the begin of a restoration. As a lot of the particular mechanicals have been worked on, the majority of the function from now on will be with the entire body and interior.
Your body panels that need replacing are mentioned as the – trunk deck cover, passenger quarter panel and traveler side floor. Extra parts not really fitted that come with the same include – new AC condenser and air compressor, black floor carpet and a dark headliner.
In best condition a 1970 Pontiac GTO could get you up to $50k within today’ s market and even though this one is asking maybe a lot of money, it certainly has had quite a bit completed to get you going on a full restoration.
