When it’s time to speak about sports cars, people start to think of powerful and speedy coupe that is unlikely to be called an available one. However, usually it worth every cent spent for it. One of such cars is Nissan Z. This is the whole series of popular Japanese autos which have been sold since 1969.
2016 Nissan Z is the newest upcoming edition of the seventh generation that is supposed to become one of the best in its segment. According to the rumors, it’s going to be refreshed and slightly different from the current version.
Depending on the trim, 2016 Nissan Z will have either 2.0 or 3.0 liter V6 engine that will make at least 350 horsepower. The transmission will be for choice: either a 6-speed manual one or a 7-speed automatic one. As for the chassis, it will share them with Infinity Q50. Despite the expectations, the car won’t be equipped with a hybrid system.
The whole weights of the car body should be reduced thanks to the usage of more aluminum amounts. What is remarkable, not only the front part of the model is to be changed but also the rear part. The “nose” will be aggressively swept up; the cabin itself will be rather short as usual. Its sporty and elegant look will be supplemented by the fashionable and trendy xenon headlights and taillights. 2016 Nissan Z will also feature 19-inch alloy wheels with wide tires for even more comfortable driving experience. The color schemes will be also changed a bit. Instead of Midnight Blue, there will be Deep Blue Pearl and Pearl White finishes.
All the refinements aren’t radical, except from the materials that should be upgraded greatly. The heated and ventilated seats will be usually comfortable and supportive with leather upholstery. Nissan Z will get a modern BOSE audio system with the option of noise control, the keyless start option, cruise control, navigation. It’s also equipped with anti-lock brakes and set of airbags for safety keeping.
