The Hyundai Company is to introduce a new variant of its i20 hatchback model soon. The official nickname of Hyundai i20 2016 is “Active” that eloquently speaks for itself. If your lifestyle includes long stay on the road, frequent business trips, or travels, this car was designed for you!
Main Design Features
Being a small crossover, the automobile will be a little bit shorter and wider than the original one. Though, both the wheelbase and the platform will remain the same. This means that the car will be rather spacious and comfortable. The last position will be also strengthened by raising the carbody and seats for 20 mm which offers better road visibility. One will notice special skid plates integrated into both bumpers for additional protection. Besides, the car is supposed to be complemented by the 17-inch wheels of a recently-created design.
Drivers will be able to choose from the four trim levels available: S, SE, Premium, and Premium SE. There will also be several interior colors to match buyers’ preferences and wishes. Hyundai i20 2016 is a smart car programmed to inform a driver of current road and weather conditions and to deliver him plenty of other useful information. The Korean auto also benefits from the high-quality materials used for decoration.
There will be at least three engine variants: two of them (V3 1.4L and 1L ones) of a petrol kind and the third (1.4L) – of a diesel one. The latter is to be characterized by 89 horsepower, while petrol options will have 99/118 hp.
Hyundai i20 2016 seems to appear in European countries at the very beginning of the following year, if the rumors are true. It will become the main competitor to the CrossPolo model from Volkswagen and Fiat’s Panda Cross. The pricing policy hasn’t been revealed yet. However, we should expect it to be even higher than the hatchback’s cost (£11,000).
